Hair by Shana was started with a simple passion for making people feel confident and put together. Shanae Matroos began doing blow dries for friends and family, slowly building her skills and confidence with every client she worked with. What started as something small quickly turned into something she truly loves. She believes that looking good does not have to be expensive, especially in communities where access to beauty services can be limited.

Every client she works with is treated with care, patience and attention to detail. She is currently growing her business step by step while still balancing her daily responsibilities. Her goal is to create a space where women can feel confident, refreshed and proud of how they look.

Hair by Shana is not just about styling hair, it is about building something meaningful from the ground up. With consistency and support, she is working towards turning this into her full-time career. One day, she plans to leave her nine to five job and run her own salon business. Every booking is a step closer to that dream.
